Nutritional Therapy Packages

Working on a package basis allows me to really spend time with you, get to understand the root of your issues and figure out the best way to help YOU to flourish. Nutritional Therapy needs to be personalised, so I need to get to know you, to understand what will work best for you. I offer three package options so you can choose the option that suits you best.


‘Get Started’ Package

Cost: £420

This is for you if you need some help wading through all the mixed messaging around nutrition, figuring out what works for you and having a solid action plan to get going. Maybe you want to lose some weight, feel more energised or sort out your digestive symptoms. You may already have an idea of what direction you want to go in, but need some helps pulling it all together and some support with implementing it. I’ll be alongside you for 6 weeks, checking in, answering questions and helping you make it work.

  • 1 x initial consultation (1 hr)

  • 5 x weekly follow ups (30 mins)

  • Comprehensive health assessment

  • Personalised nutritional therapy plan

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Lifestyle advice

  • GP letter to organise testing

‘Deep Dive’ Package

Cost: £780

This is for you if you have a complex set of health issues or one or more chronic health conditions. The extra time allows us to really dig into the root causes and for me to come up with a potential multi-step plan to get your health back on track. You will have more check in sessions to allow us to address challenges and for me to provide more hacks and solutions to keep you on track.

  • Initial consultation (1 hour)

  • 11 x weekly follow ups (30 mins)

  • Comprehensive health assessment

  • Personalised nutritional therapy plan

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Lifestyle advice

  • GP letter to organise testing

  • Functional lab testing organised and analysed (cost of tests not included)

  • Weekly diet diary feedback

  • Recipes and meal suggestions

  • Unlimited access to support via online client portal


‘All inclusive’ package

Cost: £1,480

This is the all singing all dancing option for if you feel you’ve tried everything and you really need some long term support making your plan work and sticking to it. It’s likely you will have one or more chronic health issues, but equally your focus may be weight-loss and you need a long term practitioner to help keep you on track. This is also the most flexible option. Want to combine two of your 30 minute ‘check-in’ sessions to have me come to your house and help sort out your kitchen cupboards for an hour? No problem. Want to use up some of your session time and have me come shopping with you? Sure thing. Need extra help with meal planning and writing shopping lists? Yep, all included! Along with…

LAB Testing

It may become apparent from your questionnaire and our consultations that you’d benefit from functional lab testing, to help in getting to the root cause of your situation. This could include gastrointestinal investigations, hormone testing or blood tests for certain nutrients. Where possible, I will write to your GP asking for testing to be done. Sometimes an even more detailed picture will be helpful and so I may recommend private testing. This will never be compulsory, but could really help in getting to the bottom of your symptoms. We would of course discuss this within our consultations before making any decisions.  


Is Nutritional Therapy right for me?

Unsure if nutritional therapy is right for you? If you’re suffering from any of the following complains or problems then sorting out your nutrition can be an enormous, even life-changing, help. This is not an exhaustive list, there are endless symptoms and issues that nutrition can help you with. The premise being - if you’re giving your body what it needs, it will do its best to function optimally. Your body wants to be well, it wants you to have energy and to feel good. Sometimes it just needs a change in conditions - the food you eat, the way you move, how you manage stress, how you sleep - to be able to achieve that.
