Whether it’s helping your team to create a healthy food environment at work, or teaching them how to eat to feel energised and motivated at work, or how food can support mental health and wellbeing.
My passion is helping people break old cycles and habits and create healthy, nourishing environments in which to thrive. I firmly believe this is best done in a group, or team, rather than in isolation - that’s why getting your whole team on board is key!
I have a wealth of experience in delivering courses and workshops in small groups or to a larger audience.
Options include one-off workshops or short courses up to 4 weeks long (one session a week for 4 weeks).
