Hypnobirthing courses are the perfect way to prepare for labour and birth. Expectant mums will learn how to use hypnosis, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques to support them through labour. Partners learn how to be a valuable and supportive birth companion, and both mum and partner will be taken through the essentials of childbirth - hormones, physiology, your rights and options, planning and mind-mapping.
